パリの家具デザイナー「Garnier & Linker」よりご依頼いただき、ショールームで展示するキャビネットを制作しました。ベースの家具は弊社と同じく京都の家具工房様にご制作いただき、漆の仕上げを弊社にて行いました。朱を少し加えた生漆を塗り重ね漆の層の向こうに木目が浮き立つ、奥行きのある仕上げを施しました。

Ordered by Parisian furniture designer "Garnier & Linker", we made this special cabinet for the designer's showroom in Paris. Base furniture was made by a cabinet maker in Kyoto. To add the human scale to this solid, significant design furniture, we used natural urushi mixed with vermillion pigment to bring out the wood grain behind the layers of urushi.
